Over the years, we've had a number of business experiments that were successful enough that we were able to do them for a while. We've done catering, jewelry making, kids clothing and stuffies, and a couple more that I can't think of off hand. We've always done them. Before kids and after. So here is our secret to how we do all the things we do: We don't do anything else. We come home, take care of the house, the kids and anything else and then the kids go to sleep. That's when we start on the cooking, the crafting, the making, the building, the anything. We don't end up sitting down and watching TV until really late or not at all. I don't chat on the phone or play console games. I get right into the stuff I like to do. Yes, I do get carried away. I end up spending hours with my lego collection. It's quite common that I go to sleep at 1:30am... during the week. In the end, all of it makes me happy... and tired but happy nonetheless. It give me the sense of accomplishment.
